Michael has been training over 20 years. Having worked in Hong Kong with some of the market leaders in health and fitness, Michael has gained much knowledge and experience that he passes on to his clients. Training clients from all walks of life and differing fitness levels equips Michael to deliver effective results to his clients. Michael has a background in bodybuilding early in his career which has helped him to develop himself to experience an optimal physical condition. Michael now spends his spare time competing in trail-running.
