Matthew is a sports enthusiast, participated in many sports since school life. Member of school and university teams in volleyball and athletics. Seen in public sports events such as Standard Chartered Marathon, Trailwalker, Hong Kong Half Marathon and 10K race, Biathlon, Tennis Tournament and Volleyball Competition etc.

 

In fitness industry over 15 years.  Certified personal trainer specialises in Corrective Exercises, Performance Enhancement, Weight Loss. He is also a Professional Coach in Tennis, Volleyball and Athletics.

 

With these backgrounds, Matthew is experienced and knowledgeable in helping people to achieve different fitness goals (cardio fitness, weight loss, muscle development and toning) and improve quality of health (pain relieve, posture correction).
